ALLIANCE ENGINEERING COMPANY, established in 1967, is one of the largest manufacturer of various types of GEAR COUPLINGS, SPINDLE COUPLINGS and TORSION SHAFT COUPLINGS under ALLFLEX brand name.

Our factory is situated in Dombivli Industrial Area of MIDC about 50 km from Mumbai. Head Office / Marketing Department is at Dadar, Mumbai and agents at Delhi, Calcutta, Bangalore and Indore.

The factory is equipped with over 12 Gear Hobbing and Gear Shaping machines including HMT CNC Hobbing machine.

The supporting equipment includes 4 Radial drills. Lathes, Key cutting shapers, Slotters (including Ravensburg slotter with 560mm stroke) and Jigs & Fixtures.
We have capacity to manufacture gear couplings upto 2000mm O.D. having torque rating upto 1000000 kgm and bore capacity upto 1000mm.

The couplings are manufactured from high carbon / alloy steel forgings / steel castings duly heat treated as per the requirement.

Leading manufacturers of Hot and Cold Rolling Mills, Crane Manufacturers, Cement Mills, Sugar Mills, Paper Mills, Pump Manufacturers, Conveyor Manufacturers, Thermal Power Hosues, Rubber Mills etc. extensively use ALLFLEX™ gear couplings as original equipment.
